A very useful tip when you get burned
Have you ever being burned when cooking? Have you have been hit by frying oil and got a bad gall? Or maybe touched the bakin pan without a proper protection? Don't be afraid anymore! it happens often to me but I never get a bad burn or a gall. I immediately put some toothpaste over the hit skin. It must be a white toothpaste, not a gel or a bi-tri-or-even-more color. I'm not sure what element inside the toothpaste do the magic, nor I remember who long ago told me this "secret", but it has always worked, for me and for all the people I helped during this home emergency. So, next time your little girl touch a pot which is still hot, or you try to take the turckey out of the oven without the mitt glove, spread white toothpaste well on the injured spot and forget it: you will not have any bad mark or gall anymore! It really works!! (IMPORTANT!! do this unless you have a good pharmaceutical product at hand and only for minor burns!!!) |
